Prescott's rich in western/southwestern history.  Look no further than the fabulous museums.  If you're looking to absorb some of Prescott's rich history, look no further.

  • Sharlot Hall Museum

    Explore the original governor's mansion, walk through the beautiful flower garden, and take in the many exhibits and interactive displays.   • Phippen Museum - Art and Heritage of the American west

    You don't need to be a fan of western art to appreciate all the works the Phippen Museum has to offer. Exhibits featuring paintings of the southwest in a variety of mediums, oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel. Not to mention ceramics, bronzes, jewelry, studio replicas and more!   • Museum of Indigenous People

    Inside you'll find displays and exhibits of historic, prehistoric, and contemporary Indian arts and culture mostly from the Southwest and Northern Mexico. There are a number of things to see throughout; pottery, bone and clay artifacts, stone tools and objects, jewelry, and various weaving's (i.e. blankets, rugs, baskets).   • Community Nature Center

    There's plenty of exploration, education, and recreation within the boundary of the Community Nature Center. Within the Community Nature Center(CNC) is over 1.5 miles of trails for a nice walk, hike, bird watching, and a bit of wildlife.
