A truly unique RV’ing experience. Point of Rocks Campground has been open to the public for decades and keeps new campers and returning guests wanting more. Located minutes away from both Watson and Willow Lakes, and located in the granite formations, it’s an interesting camping experience to say the least!
The campground features amazing rock formations throughout the park. Campsites range from small camper back-in sites to Class A pull-through sites. And every site is unique. So it’s always a good idea to check with the office and make reservations in advance.
The park also features a trail that brings guests right down to Watson Lake Park. In under 10 minutes you’ll be well into the park to enjoy all it has to offer. Hiking trails, kayak rentals, mountain bike trails, and more! We recently featured Watson Lake Park on another virtual tour which you should take a look at as well. Willow Lake Park is a short drive away, and a short bike ride as well.
Today’s virtual tour shows off the Upper Loop of Point of Rocks Campground, and also some scenic views from a second trail that leads from the park into the Granite Dells. Be prepared to take your time visiting the campground and all of the amazing rock formations!
